Loosen 8 bolts on the pre-attached brackets of the headboard and footboard. Pre-attached headboard (48") and footboard (12") with brackets for easy assembly. For larger sizes, insert the supplied center bar into the U-brackets on the headboard and footboard (Note: No center bar is included with 3ft beds).
