Constructed from oak and oak veneer with mixed secondary timbers, dovetail-jointed drawers and shaped wooden handles. The form and handle style are consistent with mid 20th century utility bedroom furniture, and it is believed to be by Herbert Gibbs, though no maker’s label is present.
