Valance Double bed blue cream Box pleated Toile Print Pleated Bespoke Design

Here we have a BESPOKE TOILE PRINT PLEATED DOUBLE VALANCE - blue &gold, edged in cream. There are signs of wear as there are a few marks on the very base of the fabric. This seems to be only on the left hand side of the valance.
