I was a bit disappointed with my experience with this product, despite it being delivered earlier than expected from Kent.

The mirrors had some noticeable distortion that made them look out of place in the room. I contacted customer service and they seemed puzzled by the issue - they told me they'd never heard of distorted mirrors before.

I was passed to a manager who agreed with their assessment but promised to send new doors in two weeks, which is more than three weeks later. It took over four weeks for the new mirrors to arrive, and now I'm left with even worse distortion.

The wardrobe has been sturdy and heavy as expected, but this product's poor quality is disappointing nonetheless. As other reviewers have noted, it would have been easier to build a mirror installation myself, given my experience level.

I'd advise others to spend more money on simpler projects that require less effort and expertise - I wouldn't recommend buying another one of these due to the hassle involved in getting them right.

This wardrobe was delivered with care and on time, which was reassuring for its eventual arrival at my home.

A crucial aspect of this product's packaging was that it provided little more than a QR code linked to an online tutorial, rendering any in-person instructions utterly unnecessary - I'd recommend taking a few minutes to watch the video before attempting assembly.

One drawback is the lackluster design, particularly with regards to its base. The flimsy wooden rails make for a precarious experience when lifting it upright, until you've added the sides of the wardrobe - which can be a bit of a pain to move it into place.

In hindsight, I would have preferred to pay extra for assembly if available, but I did manage to muster up some sweat and effort (literally!) attempting to put it together.

We ordered three - fantastic quality, need two men to put together and lift as very heavy! The first one took about an hour and a half, while the second was done in half the time. Despite the slightly rushed assembly process for the first piece, we were thrilled with our purchase overall, feeling confident that it would withstand our new home's high demands.
