This is a beautiful bedskirt and fairly new. It does however have three small holes (see pictures) but NONE of the holes can be seen once you put the mattress on top of it plus all three can be redeem to look brand new I just don’t have a sewing machine. I paid $170 and so the $40 price is firm.
