Possibly home sewn, or the tags were cut off, but looks well done. Out dimensions are 23" x29". I say outer; these things open in the middle, not at the end, and the stitching leaves you with an interior dimension of 19" x 24" for the actual pillow. Pre-owned, little to no pilling, no stains, no tears. Folded in a way that you may need to iron them. Unknown material. Before you buy, please ask questions.
