This product is big screen LED alarm clock, it is recommended to be plugged in with 5V/1A charger. When powered only by 3 AAA batteries (not included), you can turn on the display screen by sound control, and automatically turn off the display screen after 16s. Please check the following first if the clock doesn't work: When powered by USB, please check if the two ends of the data cable are not plugged in, or check if there is a problem with the charging port. When powered by battery and it does not light up, please check if the battery is placed correctly.
