I was in interior designer for 15 years. This was made through Carole Fabrics in Georgia. For extra design aspect, there is also a pleat at the center of each side of the skirt as well. The skirt portion is fully lined to avoid any light bleed through, which will alter the color and design of the fabric, depending on where your windows are in the room so this skirt portion is fully lined to avoid any light bleed through.
