It's a great product that has served its purpose as expected, with its compact fold making it ideal for traveling.

The comfort of this item is undeniable, especially when resting my head on the soft material - I've found it to be an excellent choice for getting some rest while on-the-go.

However, one drawback I have noticed is that it didn't quite meet my needs in terms of support, particularly with regards to maintaining proper alignment and preventing strain on my neck.
