My headboard was nice, I guess. The seller got my bolts right away when they realized what was missing. They sent new ones almost immediately.

However, the divan base is just a poor excuse for a bed frame. It's made of cardboard with no support in sight - within a month it's already sagging by two centimetres. I'm an eleven stone person myself and it shows, as I've had to get used to my mattress lying on top of this thing.

If the construction was better, this would have been a good buy even at five hundred pounds more. As it is, it's just a subpar product made for people who don't care about their bed being functional.

When considering this product's price point, it falls short because the quality of the bed itself feels somewhat compromised - the moment you sit on it, it starts to feel unstable due to its inadequate materials. Despite using decent fabrics for the cover and a more premium material on one side, I couldn't shake off the feeling that something was missing from this entire setup.

I'm extremely particular about my furniture choices, and while they've made an effort with the bed frame's design, it falls woefully short - being surprisingly lightweight makes it feel flimsy. To make matters worse, the overall construction of the product doesn't exactly scream 'high-quality build.' That said, I was in a bit of a bind and had no other option but to keep this purchase for urgent purposes, which is why I've committed to taking advantage of their warranty.

I paid extra for this assurance that any issues would be addressed promptly - unfortunately, those words proved hollow.
